1. User Eligibility and Account Registration
  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to form a binding legal contract with us.
  • Account Accuracy: When registering, you agree to provide true, current, and complete corporate or personal information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Account Liability: You assume full responsibility for all activities, listings, and communications that occur under your user account profile.
2. Marketplace Directory and Classified Listings
TradersMeet acts as a venue provider facilitating direct peer-to-peer and business-to-business commerce.
  • Prohibited Content: Users are strictly forbidden from posting listings that involve fraudulent items, counterfeit goods, illegal substances, dangerous weapons, adult services, or high-risk financial instruments violating local laws.
  • Listing Integrity: Sellers must accurately describe items, quote correct currencies (e.g., IDR, USD, EUR), and ensure they hold the legal rights to sell the advertised products—whether retail goods, professional audio systems, or commercial equipment.
  • Platform Rights: We retain the absolute right, without prior notice, to review, edit, demote, or permanently delete any classified listing that violates these Terms or harms the marketplace ecosystem.
3. Independence of Transactions (Dispute Disclaimer)
  • No Brokerage/Endorsement: TradersMeet is not an auctioneer, retail store, broker, or financial advisor. We do not inspect, verify, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or existence of items listed in our marketplace.
  • User vs. User Transactions: Any agreement, contract, purchase, or exchange of funds conducted between buyers, sellers, or investors is entirely between those individual parties.
  • Liability Release: TradersMeet, its parent companies, and its directors shall not be held liable for any financial losses, unfulfilled shipments, broken investments, or transaction disputes arising between platform users.
4. Intellectial Property Rights
  • Our Content: All platform code, website designs, text layouts, trademark logos, graphics, and custom blog resources (such as educational investment terminology guides) are the exclusive property of TradersMeet and are protected by international copyright laws.
  • Your Content: By posting text, photos, or corporate data onto the Platform, you grant TradersMeet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and index that content for search engines to facilitate the visibility of your listings.
5. Fees and Premium Features
  • Free and Paid Services: Account registration and standard listing postings may be offered free of charge. We reserve the right to charge fees for premium placement, featured ads, or extended networking tiers.
  • Payment Terms: All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing. You are responsible for any payment gateway processing fees or regional taxes associated with your account upgrades.
6. Limitation of Liability and Warranties
  • "As-Is" Provision: The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Damages Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradersMeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any operational disputes arising out of your use of the website shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Indonesia, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. Any legal actions or court proceedings must be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
