1. These Terms of Service govern the use of the Services provided by Tradersmeet.Regarding all information, linked pages, features, data, text, images , photos, graphics, music, sound, video (including live broadcasts ) , messages, tags, content, programming, software, application services (including, without limitation, any mobile application services) or other materials that available through the Site or related services (" Content "). Any new features added to or augmenting the Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
2. The Services include online platform services that provide a place and opportunity for the sale of goods between buyers (" Buyers ") and sellers (" Sellers ") (collectively referred to as “ you ”, “ Users ” or “ Parties ”). The actual sales contract is directly between the Buyer and Seller and Tradersmeet is not a party to it or any other contract between the Buyer and Seller and is not responsible in connection with such contract.
3. The parties to the transaction will be fully responsible for the sales contract between them, the list of goods, the purchase guarantee and so on. Tradersmeet is not involved in transactions between Users. Tradersmeet may or may not pre-screen Users or the Content or information provided by Users.
4. Tradersmeet reserves the right to remove any Content or information posted by you on the Site in accordance with laws. Tradersmeet cannot ensure that Users will actually complete transactions.
1.3 Before becoming a User of the Site, you must read and accept all terms and conditions in, and related to, these Terms of Service and you must provide consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy linked to these Terms of Service.
5. Tradersmeet reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any part of this Site or Services at any time or after giving notice as required by local laws and regulations.
6. Tradersmeet may launch certain Services or certain features in beta, which may not function as well or as well as the final version, and we are not responsible in such cases.
7. Tradersmeet may also limit certain features or limit your access to parts or all of the Site or Services at its sole discretion and without notice or liability.
8. Tradersmeet has the right to refuse to provide you with access to the Site or Services or allow you to open an Account for any reason.

IF YOU ARE THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN OF A MINOR CREATING AN ACCOUNT, YOU MUST ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT ON SUCH MINORED'S BEHALF AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL USE OF THE ACCOUNT OR THE COMPANY'S SERVICES USING SUCH ACCOUNT, WHETHER SUCH ACCOUNT HAS BEEN USED. OPEN NOW OR CREATED IN THE FUTURE.
BY USING Tradersmeet SERVICES OR OPENING AN ACCOUNT, YOU PROVIDE YOUR IRREVOCABLE ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND POLICIES MENTIONED HEREIN AND/OR LINKED HEREIN, Tradersmeet'S PRIVACY POLICY, AND ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE PLATFORM INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE HELP CENTER AND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS SECTIONS OF THE PLATFORM.
